About your appointment
How do online consultations work?
We currently use Zoom for all online consultations. You will receive a link to your consultation 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
- 7 days prior to your appointment will we contact you via email and ask you to complete a 3-day food diary which will help us identify what you would typically eat day to day. We will send you a blank template to complete or if you prefer to record this digitally then the Easy Diet Diary app (iOS and Android) is a simple and convenient way to share this information with us. Please share two days prior to your appointment.
- A list of your regular medications and/or dietary supplements (including vitamins and herbal)
- A copy of any recent (within the last 3 months) blood tests.
Can I claim a health insurance rebate?
Depending on your insurance provider, and level of cover, you may be eligible to claim a rebate for services provided by a NZ Registered Nutritionist. Contact your health insurer to check eligibility.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to reschedule. Failure to appear for your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the full amount payable.
We require at least 48 hours notice of cancellation or postponement of a group workshop or cooking demonstration.Cancellations not meeting this notice period will be liable to pay 50% of the full amount payable.
In exceptional circumstances we will work with you to avoid these cancellation fees.
