Karyn Ogier
As an environmentally conscious ethical vegan (plant-based for over 35 years and plant-exclusive since 2019), I am passionate about passing on the knowledge gained from my own personal experience and from my nutrition training. Working as a plant-based nutritionist, I love working alongside others to help them increase their consumption of plant foods or to help them transition to a plant-predominant/exclusive diet, while also giving ongoing support to those who have already made the switch. My time is split between Ethos Nutrition and my work with the Australasian health promotion charity Doctors For Nutrition—conveying the innumerable benefits of whole food plant-based eating to healthcare professionals, medical students, and the general public.

How can I help you?
I provide advice on the ‘what’, the ‘why’, and the ‘how’ of plant-based eating. I can help you understand what plant foods you should focus on to ensure you meet your nutritional needs when following a plant-predominant eating pattern.
